I have an older pair of Steiner 8x30G Military/Marine binos and have recently acquired an new carrying case with the neck strap as shown. The illustrations shown in the booklet are too small to understand. Can I use the new neck strap with my binos?
The Military Marine binoculars use loop straps, while the strap shown has clicloc attachments, indicating that it will not be compatible.

How do you remove the neck strap
Clic-Loc neck straps, floating straps, and harness attachments are removed by pressing on the outside of the Clic-Loc housing (usually marked by a dimple in the armor) and simultaneously pulling the attachment out of the housing
