I see some marketing suggesting the p1050 is built to Mil specs ??? Is that correct?

What's the eye relief?
Why are the Military M1050r's ($1,150) only able to withstands 11 Gs of impact, but these Police P1050's ($459) able to withstand 40 G's of impact. Is this correct or did they mess up the specs?
