I have an older pair of Steiner 8x30G Military/Marine binos and have recently acquired an new carrying case with the neck strap as shown. The illustrations shown in the booklet are too small to understand. Can I use the new neck strap with my binos?

Asked by: marv37
The Military Marine binoculars use loop straps, while the strap shown has clicloc attachments, indicating that it will not be compatible.

I cannot remove the straps from the binoculars - I have read answers below talking about a clic lock button on the body of the bino's but mine does not have a button. I have the Navigator pro 7x50. Please help!

How do you remove the neck strap

Asked by: A Shirley
Clic-Loc neck straps, floating straps, and harness attachments are removed by pressing on the outside of the Clic-Loc housing (usually marked by a dimple in the armor) and simultaneously pulling the attachment out of the housing
