The new ICS Intelligent Combat Sight integrates a laser rangefinder and a ballistic calculator into a rugged, compact tactical weapons sight for increased accuracy, greater first-round hit probability, and shorter time of engagement.

At the push of a button, an eye-safe laser instantly provides distance to the target, and calculates an illuminated, trajectory-compensated aiming point based on ammunition ballistics, measured distance, and angle to your target out to 800 meters. As a true electro-optical aiming device, it combines combat-optimized technology, operating simplicity in the field, and the targeting effectiveness to give small-caliber weapons oversized clout.

Intelligent Combat Sight (ICS) 6x40 is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wait a couple of years and it will have more choice for 5.56 77 grain cartridges. Not much available on options for tis items. Very expensive over 3k It looks durable but never dropped nor do I intend to intentionally. Not that heavy. Just wished I waited a while longer.

How does the ICS function in bad weather, even if the shooter is shooting from a loophole in a building out into a pouring rain?  What kind of warranty for optics and the electronics of ICS?

Asked by: Dave R
The Heritage Forever warranty applies to all components of the ICS. Performance in severe weather may be reduced, as the water in the air may distort the laser rangefinding signal, but the scope itself is waterproof and will hold POI even in these conditions.

Is the ICS compatible with a PVS 24 NV device mounted in front of it?

Any optic mounted in downrange or in front of the ICS would result in a blocked rangefinding signal.
