Steiner has produced a special collectible binocular.

The Admiral binocular is limited to just 100 individually numbered pairs. Each binocular is presented in a wooden gift box.

Handmade in Germany, and intended as a special gift for people who make seafaring a livelihood, and for whom the best is expected. The binocular is based on Steiner's top-of-the-line marine binoculars, and is made for a lifetime of hard, demanding work.

The 7x magnification is the most popular size for daily marine use, providing excellent magnification yet remaining easy to use while in-motion at sea. The 50mm objective end is designed to bring in as much light as possible, making this binocular an excellent choice for dark days, early mornings and late evenings.

The built-in compass is a huge navigational aid, especially for those still schooled in traditional navigation.
