Predator 4 2.5-10x42 is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Glass that's Durable & Lightweight The most durable riflescope I own it's amazing it weighs so little. The glass is great and I love the E3 reticle it made my last 400 yard shot on a pronghorn in 20 mph wind a breeze.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing scope Scope was easy to sight in and looks great on my Tikka .308. All set for deer hunting in Michigan. I do own a Leupold VX5HD and imo with my eyes I could not tell a difference between the two. I have not used it at low light yet. Would love to compare the two at low light situations. I am sure it will be just as good as the Leupold. This is my second Steiner scope and couldn’t say enough great things about it. All my buddies at the range were impressed as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great scope This is a great scope. I do like the glowing reticle, but I also like the scope with it off as well. The first time sighting in my rifle went well and the scope has stayed true. The only thing I wish I would have done differently I order a scope a bit more up the food chain. The 10x zoom is just not enough for shooting 500 yards. But that is my fault. I will be buying another Steiner scope.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Bright and Clear Glass The reticle isn’t overwhelming and the illumination is exactly what I needed for low light conditions. This scopes light transmission has extended my evening hunt by 15-30 minutes. The glass clarity is terrific.

What would be the proper ring height for a Predator4 2.5-10 42mm or 4-16 50mm on a Winchester model 70 Classic Super Grade 300 Win Mag? Thank you

Asked by: Buddha
I'd recommend Medium T Series rings for that setup.

I just purchased a Steiner Predator 4, 2,5-10X42mm scope for my Tikka T3 30.06 Sprg. I bought the H-Series Rings but the rings are too wide for the rail. Any suggestion on what rings I should use for this rifle set up?

Asked by: JJ73
The Tikka T3 uses a dovetail that is smaller than picatinny. You'll either need a picatinny adapter/base for the rifle, or Tikka specific rings. I'd try the base from Burris, item 410668
