T6Xi 3-18x56 is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 22.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome scope all around I am overall pretty impressed with it. The glass clarity is great, reticle illumination works well, It's not exactly the brightest at 3x but gets much brighter as you increase magnification, the tree itself looks great and is super functional without limiting visibility, comes with 2 throw levers, the locking turrets are awesome, turret adjustments are crisp and satisfying, and the parallax adjustments seems pretty on point. I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite eye box but it’s definitely not a complaint. I have a slightly harder time getting as good of a picture at 18x but it’s not a problem though. Would recommend to a beginner or expert.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is my third Steiner purchase and all I can say is wow. I have found Steiner products to be extremely well built with thoughtful design features. The MSR2 reticle is outstanding and I was really excited to see an American made scope with this reticle pattern. I have been extremely pleased with the t series scopes that have excellent glass that exceed all my needs as a hunter and recreational shooter. In my mind these products are a nexus between high quality and value hitting performance above its price point. The scope resolution is outstanding with clear glass, perfect illumination of only the aiming center reticle and tracking test was flawless.Great job Steiner USA.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Purpose built optic for an SPR or DM w/ offset red dot. Glass is clear, reticle is crisp and tracks well. Turrets could be more tactile and audible for use with gloves, but by no means are they “mushy”. Illumination is not day light bright but this is not a snap shot optic, utilize an offset red dot for those shots. Built like a tank so it’s got some weight, utilize it as a battering ram or an optic. 34mm main tube adds to its strength and allows for good E&W adjustment range. 56mm objective lens is huge and in return allows a huge amount of light in for a bright picture. Magnification ring is firm but smooth and easy to manipulate. Will clear an AR with a 39mm or 1.54” cantilever mount. Great scope.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Like not Love Let me start by saying it's a great optic BUT. Glass is a 10 (for the price) , clarity is a 10 as it should be for it's magnification range. The reticle however is just to fine. It's not really useful in full light conditions until around 5x. You will have to get around 9x with illumination If you are shooting into a shaded area to get any mil holds. while on the subject of illumination, It's just short of daylight bright (At Low Magnification) with the reticle being so fine you can't see the illumination in daylight conditions till the top end of the magnification. I hope this helps.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unbelievable quality and value This is an incomplete rating as I have not shot with this optic yet. However, on first-feel, this optic is built like a bank vault. The turrets have a very positive, tactile feel to them as you manipulate them. The clarity is outstanding and the reticle is sharp through all ranges. The illumination feature is also nice. At its highest illumination setting and lowest magnification, it behaves almost as a red dot. I have looked through and used, on many occasions, NightForce, Khales, Vortex, and Leupold scopes. This scope holds up to any of them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very solid glass, it's not as good as my ZCO, but it's also a fraction of the cost. As long as you're perfectly centered the chromatic aberration control is EXCELLENT. Especially for the cost. Almost no perceptible CA, again while perfectly centered, it is a little finicky on maximum magnification but that's normal. While it's not ZCO level, nothing about this scope will hold you back. And it doesn't hurt the wallet anywhere near as hard as the ZCO. Steiner's policy only lets you get one scope a year... Definitely going to grab another, probably the 5-30 next year 😁 My only gripe is the locking mechanism, would rather just have a push/pull method of locking. Definitely better than no locking turrets though. Well done Steiner, knocked it out the park with this one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing T6XI 3-18 is amazing with its edge to edge clarity and a total feature set that leaves nothing to be desired. Great magnification range for all hunting applications.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top of the line Crystal clear image, amazing reticle and build is extremely durable. This optic isn’t babied, and isn’t meant to be. Run it on my Daniel defense and it gets beat around on the desert and range. I trust this scope for a rifle built for “what if”. This scope isn’t complicated and easy to use if you’re a new shooter. Pair with a reputable mount and offset sight for a complete system.

Yes it is.

I now own a T6Xi 3-18x56 scope and it sits atop a DLD 308, and would really love if there was some written or video guidance on how to zero it. I get the concept of getting rounds on paper, but not understanding how to reset to zero after all adjustments.

Asked by: Gem62ini
Thanks for picking up the T6! Once you have all of your adjustments made and you have zeroed the rifle, you can then reset the turret to zero. To do that loosen the two set screws on the elevation turret and turn your turret (the clicks will be gone) until it lines up with zero. Once finished with that, be sure to apply downward pressure to the turret and then tighten the two set screws back up. They only need to be finger tight. This will give you your clicks back, and your zero stop is now set and you're ready to dial to your desired distance.
