We want to save time and hassle of sending things to us via mail. But in order to prove that purchases are eligible, we do require that a copy of your receipt is uploaded.
This is easy to do: simply use your digital camera or phone camera to take a photograph of the receipt. Ensure the image is readable, and then upload the photograph on the form.
Hints:
- Tape the receipt to make it as flat as possible.
- Experiment with camera angle to avoid glare.
- Include the store name and item purchased in the photograph. If it's a long receipt, feel free to fold it until the store name and relevant Steiner purchase are shown.
- Save the image somewhere easy to find.
- Image must be a .jpg, .png, or .gif format.
Uploading:
The form has a "browse" button. Click on this, and find the photograph you saved. Then click upload to move the photo to our system.
After you upload the image, you must also SUBMIT the entire form.
Options:
Email:
Fill in the form, but leave image upload blank.
Send your receipt image to [email protected]
You must include, with the emailed photo, your name, email address, and phone number, exactly the same as on the form.
Images without identifying information may be discarded.
Mail:
You can send everything via regular mail.
Write all the information requested on the form on a piece of paper.
Include a copy of your receipt.
