Commander 7x30c is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact Quality I have had the Commander 7x30 for some years. I really like the superb quality in a small package. The diopter adjustment covers a wide range so that I can adjust to avoid having to use my glasses. If you prefer to keep glasses on, the eyecups roll down to allow that. The brightness of the optics is excellent, as is the sharpness. Really, a very satisfactory optic!

Are Steiner Commander C binoculars affected by sub-zero (Fahrenheit) temperatures over long periods of time? Temps dip to -30 degrees F and colder here; can we leave them on the boat over the winter?

Asked by: Daniel
They can handle some extreme cold but I do not recommend storing them on your boat over the winter.
