Scope Blemished and Reconditioned Standards

Blemished scopes have zero signs that they have been mounted (no ring marks can be present). Blemished scopes will have minor cosmetic damage (e.g. small scratch, or dings in the outer tube) that do not diminish the functionality of the scope. These scopes are typically new out of inspection, or show stock that cannot be put back into new inventory due to cosmetic damage. These scopes may or may not have all of the accessories or literature.

Reconditioned scopes are re-worked optics from the repair team. These scopes have been mounted (have ring marks) or have significant cosmetic damage, or minor scratches on lenses. The cosmetic damage cannot impede the functionality of the scope. These scopes may or may not have all of the accessories, literature, or original packaging.
